Beckwith Musical Theatre Camp

Beckwith Summer Camp is proud to present, Bright Lights In Beckwith: Musical Theatre Camp!

Led by Wilfrid Laurier University music student Amber Humby, the camp blends professional musical theatre training with a supportive and encouraging environment where young performers can explore their creativity and build confidence.

Designed for children aged 7–12, the program introduces campers to the foundations of musical theatre through a dynamic curriculum that combines vocal performance, introductory acting, stagecraft, dance, and collaborative ensemble work. Throughout the week, campers develop their skills while working together in a fun and inclusive setting that celebrates imagination, teamwork, and self-expression.

Each week concludes with a small showcase performance for parents and friends, giving campers the chance to share what they have created and celebrate their growth. The Bright Lights in Beckwith: Musical Theatre Camp aims to inspire the next generation of young performers right here in Beckwith.

A showcase will take place on Friday afternoons. Students will be awarded with a certificate to celebrate their hard work to put on a production and learn about musical theatre. Parents/guardians will be invited to the showcase.
